Synopsis
I set a canary trap for the spammer here: http://www.kindasoft.com/terms.html. Note that when you hold your mouse over the email address: donotharvest@kindasoft.com you see the “real” address.
The spam I received was sent to this address. The spam linked to: YouCanBeSmart.com where I filled out a few forms and then the American College of Computer & Information contacted me shortly after I responded to the spam.
